Q: What do the Funds invest in?
A: The Funds invest primarily in undervalued small and mid capitalization (i.e., less than $10 billion of market capitalization) common stocks and high yield securities.
Q: Who manages the Funds?
A: All of the Funds' investment decisions are made by its adviser, Intrepid Capital Management, Inc. Intrepid Capital has been making investment decisions since 1994 and is led by its co-founder and president, Mark Travis. Intrepid Capital currently has approximately $350 million in assets under management.
Q: How can I redeem my shares?
A: To redeem shares, prepare a letter of instruction and mail it to U.S. Bank Corp. Detailed instructions for preparing this letter are found on page 14 of the Fund Prospectus.
