Mark F. Travis,
President/CEO

Mr. Travis is a founding partner of Intrepid. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Travis was Vice President of the Consulting Group of Smith Barney and its predecessor firms for ten years. Mr. Travis holds a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia. Mr. Travis is a member of the CFA Institute.

Eric K. Cinnamond, CFA^®
Vice President/Portfolio Manager

Mr. Cinnamond has been at Intrepid since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cinnamond was a Small Cap Analyst at Evergreen Asset Management for two years, where he was also the co-manager of the Evergreen Small Cap Equity Income Fund. Prior to Evergreen, Mr. Cinnamond was a Portfolio Manager in the Capital Management Group of First Union National Bank for three years. Mr. Cinnamond holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA in Finance from Stetson University. Mr. Cinnamond is a CFA Charter holder and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Gregory M. Estes, CFA^®
Vice President/Portfolio Manager

Mr. Estes has been at Intrepid since 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes was a portfolio manager at Bank of America Capital Management, where he provided investment management services for private banking clients with combined assets totaling $250 million. Mr. Estes holds an MA in Financial Economics from the University of Florida and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Estes is a CFA Charter holder and is a member of the CFA Institute.
